BNBPuppies NFT is a novel distributed application that operates based on the Binance Smart Chain.
The application utilizes smart contracts (each, a “Smart Contract”) created specifically to allow users to produce, retain, and relocate digital Puppies that are inherently unique. This can be seen on a site, with which the user can relate (the “Site”). This Site, along with the Smart Contracts, are mutually referred to in these terms as the “App”. With the App, users can view their Puppies and use the Smart Contracts to trade Puppies with the other application users.
Before using the App, the Site, or the Smart Contracts, make sure to review and agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO USING THE APP, THE SITE, OR THE SMART CONTRACTS. THE FOLLOWING TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE APP, THE SITE, AND THE SMART CONTRACT, UNLESS WE HAVE CREATED AND AGREED ON A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH YOU. WE ARE ONLY WILLING TO MAKE THE APP, THE SITE, AND THE SMART CONTRACTS AVAILABLE TO YOU IF YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE OUTLINED TERMS. BY USING THE APP, THE SITE, AND THE SMART CONTRACTS, OR ANY PART OF THEM, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF ANY LEGAL ENTITY YOU REPRESENT (EX. A COMPANY), YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS ON THE BEHALF OF THAT ENTITY. IN THAT CASE, “YOU” WILL REFER TO THAT ENTITY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH A LEGAL AUTHORITY, OR, IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS, WE WILL NOT MAKE THE APP, THE SITE, AND THE SMART CONTRACTS AVAILABLE TO YOU.
2. The App
A. If you wish to have a smooth experience using the App, you must install and use the Google Chrome/Brave internet browser. After the installation, make sure that you install a browser extension called “MetaMask”. The extension is an electronic wallet necessary to purchase directly through Coinbase, in case you live in the United States, or through third-party sites. It also allows you to preserve and perform transactions with the Binance Cryptocurrency. Please note that you will not be allowed to perform transactions on the App without using MetaMask or other browsers compatible with Binance.
You will be recognized by the application as a user, and you will only be allowed to relate with the App in case your Binance wallet is unlocked and connected through the MetaMask account. There are no other available ways to have a direct relationship with the App and register as a user.
B. All transactions performed through the App are confirmed and governed by the Binance Smart Chain. Please note that your public address on Binance will be publicly seen every time you perform a transaction on the App.
C. We are not the sole owner of the Binance Smart Chain, MetaMask, Coinbase, Google Chrome, or any other third-party website, service, or product that you may visit, see, or use for accessing the various features of the App. We will not carry responsibility for the omissions or actions of third-party providers, and will not be held responsible for the damage incurred by you as a result of your relationship with any of these third-party providers.
D. You do not have to use the App as a portal and can interact with the Smart Contracts that we develop directly through the Binance Smart Chain. The process can be quite complex, and, if you are having troubles understanding the process, your best bet is to make use of the Site.
E. You will carry responsibility for the security of your MetaMask wallet, as well as other Binance wallets and accounts that you use, whether you are aware of it or not.
